Name: Kaiser Blatt {The Emperor's Sword}

Type: Elemental

Personality: Kaiser Blatt's persona is very similar to The Russian's own, except, Kaiser is far less unforgiving compared to his master and Bount Sacha. Kaiser is highly intelligent and intellectual, a warrior at heart, a truly cold, calculating and decisive individual. He doesn't take too kindly to insults, and views those weaker as mere insects, and those stronger as someone to be suffer at his hands. Apart from this, Kaiser can be just as rowdy as his Bount Sacha, indulging in laughter among other things. He is very loyal to The Russian, which comes as a testament of their relationship and Sacha's complete mastery over Kaiser's abilities.

Appearance:

Head: Kaiser Blatt possesses a humanoid appearance, almost angelic at times. Kaiser Blatt has long white spiky mane like hair, stretching pass his shoulders and is of a high volume. The skin color of the Doll is as pale as they come, mirroring Sacha's own skill color. The doll possess crimson eyes, and just beneath its eyelids extends a crimson line thats stretches down towards Kaiser Blatt's cheeks. Kaiser Blatt have a diamond shaped scar across his forehead. The Bount's doll is often seen with a stoic expression on its face, a cold stare if ever you've seen one. The doll possesses fangs, quite vampiric, and around its neck is a red collar, riddled with jade diamond jewels. The ears of Kaiser Blatt's are also of a humanoid nature, with a pair of jade colored tomoe shaped earrings extending from it.

Upper body:

Kaiser Blatt mirrors The Russian in height, standing 6'4 inches tall and is of a muscular tone. The Doll sports what appears to be a clad-type armor that is worn Kaiser. Beneath this clad type armor is a black shihakushō that is opened at the bottom. The tail end of the shihakushō is also ragged. The clad type armor mentioned covers Kaiser's entire torso, with red skeletal plates adorning his chest and back. His ribs are also protected by this very durable skeletal armor. Kaiser's arms are also covered in this same red skeletal armor. He sports a pair of black gloves with red lines crisscrossing across each other, thus creating an X-shape on the gloves. He has a pair of skeletal white shoulder pads on his shoulders of course. Kaiser also has a pair of white angelic wings that extends from his back, with a wide enough wing span to fold around his body. In addition to this a pair of long white tails made of ice, much like its wings extends from the Doll's tail bone. It should also be noted that Kaiser Blatt is a creature made of ice.

Lower body: Kaiser sports a white Hakama and a pair of black Arrancar like sandals, with the Hakama tucked inside these black boots/sandals. Kaiser also gains black bony shin pads that extends up to his knees acting as part of his armor.

Kaiser Blatt's Weapon: Kaiser's weapon takes the form of a Nodachi blade, which is a notably long sword. The blade of Kaiser is of the typical length and size of a Nodachi, though the blade has no curve, it is instead a straight blade. The blade is black and running along the side of the blade is a winged humanoid creature, apparently crouched down and ready to pounce its prey. The Nodachi possesses a silver edge and while the blade is released there is constantly frost, a smoke like mist radiating from the weapon. The cross guard of the Nodachi is that of a fox’s head, a white winter fox to be precise with the black blade extending from its mouth. The small eyes of the fox are red in color, while the hilt extends wrapped in blue material with white diamonds along it. A blue tassel also extends from the hilt that is six inches in length.

Where you conseal it: Tattoo of a sawed off mouth shotgun on Sacha's body. A most unorthodox medium considering what its actual appearance is. Kaiser Blatt's medium is that of a tattoo that is located on The Russian's right arm. The tattoo takes the form of a sawed off mouth pump action shotgun. The fusion between The Russian and Kaiser Blatt, allows the Bounto to use its powers, without having to necessarily call forth his doll.

Appearance: Kaiser Blatt once called upon takes on a partial or full summoning. What does this mean? The Russian can choose to summon the Nodachi that Kaiser carries immediately or simply opt to use Kaiser's abilities without the weapon. However, the Bount can call upon the weapon at any point during a battle. The Nodachi is as depicted above. It was as you can guess designed to combat other spiritual weapons, such as Zanapakutos etc. Kaiser's weapon takes the form of a Nodachi blade, which is a notably long sword. Description: Kaiser & Sacha's ability seems to be as one due to their fusion. Their ability is the creation of ice, its manipulation, construction and reconstitution through the use of spiritual pressure/Reiryoku. The moisture in the air, water and condensation in the area, can further be manipulated to form more ice. The manipulation of ice allows Sacha & Kaiser Blatt to form weapons among other things. The manifestation of Kaiser/Sacha's ability comes in the form of water that immediately turns to ice once its comes in contact with the target. The trinkets that are created ranges from swords, spikes, spears and other constructs of a similar nature.

Type: Elemental
Range: Close
Duration: 3 Post and 3 post cool down

Description: Kalt Sphäre is more or less a defensive technique/ability whereby The Russian/Kaiser summons a sphere consisting of condensed Reiryoku/Reiatsu, mixed with ice/snow that spins rapidly, while The Russian remains at the epicenter of it. The sphere spans out to ten seven feet wide, giving the man protection from all angles. The technique is more or less a controlled blizzard doing The Russian's biding. Should also be noted that the technique is not indestructible.

~Merge~

Appearance:

The merger of The Russian and Kaiser Blatt's powers will see The Russian take on the features of his Doll. In terms of appearance, its most definitely a fusion between Doll and Bount. Kaiser Blatt & Sacha now has long white spiky mane like hair, stretching pass his shoulders and is of a high volume. Right, this is mostly fine. Although I've noticed a couple of issues that I would like to bring up.

Firstly,

Few things here. Change duration to "Passive", as in it's constantly active. The second thing I would like to ask you about is your weapon creation - I'm assuming ice swords and the like. Which is all fair enough, I would like to know however if the weaponry is limited in any way. Could you, for instance, create a tank? Or is it limited to weapons you can fit in your hands? Not so much an issue as clarification, really. In any case I do like the idea as a whole, it's just that a weapon carries a broad meaning.

Finally, this was copy / pasted from the fused ability section. The final sentence is kind of irrelevant. Instead, I would personally like to see an outline of how the powers are enhanced. As it stands that sentence means nothing to me, and is therefore open to the public interpretation of your abilities. I really don't know how the potency of the technique is increased. I just know it's better somehow.

In all honesty it's pretty much fine as it is. I would just like to see a little more clarity in its workings. My personal suggestion would be that in the unfused form, you can only create weaponry that fits in the doll's / your hand. The fused form will allow for more extravagant and deadly weaponry (Such as my earlier tank example). <- That there could be one way the powers are increased. It could be capable of cutting through higher level defenses. But all of this remains currently unknown to me at this point in time. And it is something I would like to know.

Your first ability mentions nothing about wind manipulation. Now, this ability would work if you simply change "high velocity winds" to "condenced Reiryoku". By which I mean a defensive shell created out of your Reiryoku and combined with the ice manipulation to further enhance the shell. OR - You could make the first ability utilize wind in the ice creation. Seeing as I consider how you're using this makes Ice / Water one and the same element, and you are free to have up to 2 elements, this won't be a problem. Either way is fine by me.

I hope you can understand why I've bought these up. The issues are rather minimal and I will agree with that. But clarity is something I feel should be required here, especially with how the abilities are currently worded. The terms are rather broard that you use, meaning I can't quite say whether your abilities are over the top or well below par. It could be either as it stands. I have no issue with what you're asking for really, I would just like to know its limits and the like a bit better before giving my approval.

1. LMAO-Tanks. I never thought about derin that in RP, but could do for the sheer amusement of driving a Tank made of ice down the road.

2. Changed the duration to passive. I sometimes get confused given the information on the templates. I blame Mage.

3. Your concerns however small are well documented. I edited the first stages techniques/ability a little in an attempt to meet your requirements. In terms of power and enhancements, I go by the character's level and what would be expected of a Shikai etc. I do keep in mind that abilities do vary, but I hope you catch my gist.

4. The second ability has been edited to reflect that condensed Reiryoku stuff. The merged enhancements again was based on what I thought a character of my tier should be capable of. I know it seems broad, but I'd rather not assume I can move heaven and earth with my ability when I cant. So pretty difficult without a proper guide for these things. This is why I went by levels and the like.

5. Another thing. Seems I'm allowed two more techniques or abilities, can they be added later on?

As long as you haven't hit your max abilities for character creation then yes you can add the abilities later however the mods/admins will need notification so they can look over the addition. Any beyond the max allowed upon creation must be gained through training and all that fun stuff.

As kara said, feel free to add techniques for the slots you've missed. Be warned that when you do make them, you will not be allowed to use them in the topics you are currently in if you catch my drift. As for the rest, I get what you're saying and that's all fine with me.
