Appearance: Dante’s Zanpakuto takes the form of a standard sized katana with a steel colored handle. The guard is circular in shape giving it an absolute plain look.

• Darkness Manipulation: His primary ability in this form is the creation and manipulation of darkness. The darkness used for his attacks is generated by his sword and armor granted to him in his Resurrección as well as his opponent’s shadow. If the blade gained in his released form is somehow lost, Dante can generate darkness from the armor and mold it into another blade.

• Cero Negaciónes (Negative Hollow Flash): This cero is an exclusive to only Dante himself. It is a pitch-black cero with a blue outline to it. Cero Negaciónes is much faster and stronger than the normal cero or gran rey cero, it also carries an immense impact force. This cero can only be used in Dante’s released state. This cero’s shape can also be manipulated to mimic the size, speed, and power of a standard bala blast.

• Sombra Abismo (Abysmal Shadow): Dante launches a rushing surge of darkness at his enemy. Almost everything that comes into contact with the darkness is simultaneously being pressed upon by immense pressure and being slashed in various places by the harshness of the rampant reiatsu.

• Diabólico Colmillo (Demon Fang): Dante has stated that shadows are the purest form of darkness. Dante has demonstrated the ability to hide himself in shadows by using this technique, and he can also control the shadows and use them to attack an opponent by attacking the shadow they are currently standing upon.

• Saber Oscuras (Darkness Saber): Dante twirls the sword around in a semi-circle around himself; a trail appears from the sword’s path. The trail seemingly turns into thousands of black energy blades that rain down on the opponent.

• Neoshadow: Dante releases a burst of his own spiritual energy into the air that falls down as dark blue rain. As each individual raindrop falls down, it forms a puddle of darkness which materializes into what seems to be hundreds of human-sized shadowy figures. They all share pitch black skin and spherical, glowing yellow eyes. The shadows also all sport crooked antennas and are shown to be somewhat muscular with 2 extremely large hands that each have 5 clawed fingers. These shadows are controlled verbally by Dante and will chase down the enemy with the intent to cling. Upon grabbing onto the enemy or getting considerably close, the shadows erupt in explosions of darkness varying in size and power. These humanoid-like shadows also have the ability to hide within the opponents shadow as well as morph into an essentially larger version of themselves by fusing together, this in turn creates much more powerful explosions. Dante can not use any other technique until the last Neoshadow has disappeared. The opponent can also escape the truly devastating part of the explosion if there are objects surrounding them once the Neoshadow explode.
